ABOUT

She was born in 1953 in Söke.
She has graduated from American Collegiate Institute, Izmir in 1972 and Business Administration of Boğaziçi Üniversitesi (Robert College), Istanbul, Turkey in 1976.
She is a mother of a son and a daughter. She also has a granddaugther.
She is presently living in Izmir with her husband and daughter.
She started painting in Atelier of Figen Begen after retiring from work in 2014
She has no experience in drawing and painting before except the art classes in elementary and high school.
She uses pencil , charcoal, pastel and oil colour in painting.
She loves playing with colors of nature. She likes to oil paint landscapes, especially sky and sea.
